Foundational questions about the state of hypnosis.
Absolutely. Hypnotherapy is backed by extensive research and recognized by major medical organizations. It is a natural state of focused attention that allows us to access your subconscious mind where deep change happens.
No. You are always in control. Hypnosis is not sleep. You will be aware throughout. You can emerge anytime you want. Think of it as a deeply relaxed state of focused attention.
Most people are. Hypnosis is a natural state we all experience - like driving to a destination and not remembering the drive, or getting lost in a movie. Focus is all that's required.
That is totally fine. I was skeptical myself. Many of my best clients came in as skeptics. The work speaks for itself, and your connection call is the perfect place to ask more.
You're aware throughout. Some feel relaxed, others focused and present. There is no "right" way to feel; the changes happen at a deeper level than your conscious feelings.

Logistics, timing, and what to expect during our work together.
We begin with a conversation about your goals and intentions, followed by hypnosis. We finish by discussing what what to expect in the days ahead.
The first session is 1.5 - 2 hours long. Subsequent sessions are 45-60 minutes long.
Yes. Sessions are equally effective online. You just need a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be interrupted.
Many clients choose to continue. We can discuss ongoing support with single sessions or custom packages after your initial program.
Most clients see breakthroughs in 3-6 sessions. Some issues resolve faster, others benefit from additional work. We assess your progress as we go.
No. Therapy typically uses the conscious mind to process the "why." Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious to rewire the "how," moving you beyond baseline functioning into active transformation. Please note: I am not a replacement for a licensed therapist.
While we follow a general framework, we focus specifically on your goals. I listen deeply and tailor each session to your unique subconscious language.
I do not work directly with insurance providers. This allows us to focus entirely on your results without the constraints of medical coding or session limits. I can provide receipts if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
